About our ingredients.

We grow many of the vegetables and herbs in our garden.
Our olive trees are grown naturally producing delicious olives and olive oil.
We produce our own organic free range eggs.
We select our wine from some of the best small wineries of the Peloponesse. Our meat is locally produced.
